	How do I install the application? You don't have to do anything. We will completely install the application on your server or our server. If we were to install the application on your server you must have a Windows™ 2000 Server or newer server with Microsoft™ SQL installed on it. You must also provide us with the FTP access to your existing web space.
	What is the technology? We use the latest Microsoft .NET technology with Microsoft SQL server. As long as your customer uses never versions of Internet Explorer™, Netscape™, Mozilla™, AOL™ and Apple Safari™ web browsers they should be able to use this application.
	How soon can you we use it? We can install, test and train you within ten business days. The current average is five business days.
	Do we need training? You will need some very simple instructions. We have very entry level customers with no previous computer experience using this application within days.
	Can we get the application to look like our website? You sure can. We can use your logo and a link back to your website with no additional cost to you. Our website design and development department can customize your website to anyway you like. We can even design a great looking website for you. There are additional charges for these services.
	Can this application be transferred to another web hosting company? You can if you have purchased a full license. With a full license you can move the software anywhere as long as you agree with the licensing terms. You may not resell, have multiple installations, alter source code or distort the application.
	Can we purchase this application without paying monthly? You can as long as you agree with the licensing terms. You may not resell, have multiple installations, alter source code or distort the application. You will not get any free enhancements or updates with this method.
	How long is the contract? We don't have any contracts for the basic application. Discounts are available for customers who pay for a year and discounts are also available for customization and added features.
